Steven Gerrhard
Like football, or Liverpool, or neither – this story is worth a pun.
In need of a groin operation, Steven Gerrard played through the pain barrier on Wednesday to help Liverpool into the Champions League group stage.
Admiration goes out to anybody, who, with a groin injury managed to do anything other than limp out for a pint of milk.
Respect where respect is due. Well hard.
